Write to administracion@valkrym.com indicating the order number and the items you wish to return. If you are communicating a legal withdrawal, you do not need to justify your decision.
Timeframe and cost
Commercial return period: 30 days from receipt of the order.

Withdrawal for consumers
When the EU right of withdrawal is applicable, you may communicate it within 14 days of receipt and return the goods within 14 days of that communication. You may use the form below or any other unequivocal statement.
You may examine the garments as you would in a shop. You may only be held liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. [PENDING: conditions of any commercial extension of the period, without limiting legal rights].
Refund
In the case of a legal withdrawal, we will refund the corresponding amount, including the initial standard shipping where applicable, using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed, at no cost. The legal period is 14 days from communication; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of shipment. Supplements for more expensive deliveries than the standard option will not be refunded.
